A. Lack of access to resources: Many developers in Ghana face barriers to accessing

technology and research opportunities after school, such as limited funding, limited

access to technology, and lack of mentorship and support. -UiPath

B. Skills gap: There is often a mismatch between the skills that young people have and the

skills that are in demand in the technology and research industries, which can limit

C.  Inadequate support systems: There are limited support systems in place for young

people to pursue careers in technology and research, such as limited networking

opportunities, limited access to industry experts, and limited opportunities for training
