When establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE), there are several hurdles that can arise. To overcome them, the most common ones are addressed. There will first be a presentation of the topic by OMM and then a discussion by RPA practitioners. Prerequisite is the German language.

At the end all participants should learn from each other's ideas and experiences.
