The nature of work is changing, thanks to Robotic Process Automation; and the recent COVID 19 pandemic has only hastened the speed of change. As more and more companies embrace RPA (a digital transformation tool that has come to stay), we can predict that the workplace of tomorrow will be greatly different from that of today. In a situation where humans have to share the workspace with software robots, it is clear that in the near future the ability to build or design software bots (robotic processes) that automate simple to complex business processes will become a very valuable skill.
