• Guest speaker Eric Gillet, founder of the Boundaryless Group will share some examples where automation created a real and positive human impact.

When we think of automation, most developers focus on technical aspects. What were the challenges we faced? How did we overcome them? How well does my automation work?

As organizations mature, the focus on the financial impact of your automation, your automation program, and your RPA COE will get more and more attention.

However, automation can also bring positive human impact. While typically these benefits are considered “soft benefits”, they can be a pivotal factor in the success ad impact of the RPA program.

For instance, automation of mundane activities frees up time for employees to bring their human abilities to the work they perform. Happier employees bring a lot of benefits: improved employee satisfaction, more engagement, and better customer service.
