This is the inaugaral meeting for the Irish UiPath Community!

There will be two customer journeys shared and time included for Q&A and discussion at the end.

First up is Alan Bermingham, Innovation Programme Manager and RPA lead at Exertis Ireland.

Alan will give an overview of an RPA delivery program from initial engagement to production delivery.

The focus will be on the practical lessons learned and how each phase of the program was managed. Use cases in logistics.

The second speaker is Mick O'Meara from Kepak. Mick is the Business Applications Manager and leads the RPA programme.

Mick is going to focus on AP Invoicing and how Kepak has implemented an end-to-end automation process with UiPath and Abbyy, including "Human in the loop".

There will be time for Q&A and active engagement is definitely encouraged to promote the Community ethos we want this forum to spark.
