In most RPA deployment there is a range of stakeholders, often cross-functional in nature -- this team draws from IT and RPA Operations, and from around their company. This diverse set of stakeholders comes with an equally diverse set of challenges, each with their own methods for measuring and calculating the true impact of their implementation.

NEED: It is important that our customers can measure both the RPA Operational performance (incl. Robot utilization and accuracy), in addition to business outcomes that they feel are most valued (incl. process health and productivity gains)
