1. Please do not carry any laptop with you while you attend the meetup for security and compliance reasons.
2. Enter HCL facility via Gate-1, where visitor entry will be done by security.
3. All participants must carry their individual Govt issued photo ID which will be validated by security.
4. Visitor Pass will be issued which will be worn and displayed while in the facility. On completion of the meetup, you will have to return the visitor pass at Gate.
5. Back packs and laptops if any carried by visitors will be checked at Gate.
6. Visitors will be escorted by host employee/ organizer of event while in the facility.
7. Visitors vehicles will not be allowed inside facility. They may park their vehicles outside HCL Gate.
8. You are requested not to connect your devices to HCL corp network/ wifi.
