During this virtual meet-up we'll share some lessons learned and best practices on the use of Agent Builder & Maestro in a practical use-case within HR.
During the Agentic Automation Summit of UiPath in Nieuwegein on June 11, Tacstone Technology presented the HR-agent solution together with Mediq. This HR agent helps to answer incoming questions in the shared e-mailbox. It makes use of different tools in SAP SuccessFactors, but also context grounding (RAG) such as HR related documents.
