We will start by training few fields for some insurance documents from scratch using UiPath Data modeling session, we will use an out of the box package and create ml skill after training on that. We will create the code in UiPath to digitize PDF, create taxonomy, extract the fields using ml skill. In case of low confidence we will create an action center item and wait for the action to be completed by the user. In case of good confidence, the bot will directly move on to next item in queue
