Agenda
1. Virtual Registration & Welcome
• Participants check in via online form.
• Introductory networking in breakout rooms.
2. Welcome Address & Event Overview
• Overview of the hackathon's goals, rules, and expectations.
• Introduction to platforms for collaboration and submission.
3. Introduction to Sentiment Analysis
• Short presentation on sentiment analysis and its real-world applications.
• Overview of tools like UiPath, Action Center, Python and datasets to be used.
4. Challenge Briefing & Problem Statements
• Present the problem statements related to sentiment analysis (e.g., analyzing social media sentiment on a specific issue).
• Datasets provided via Google Drive or GitHub.
5. Team Formation & Platform Setup
• Participants form teams (or confirm pre-formed teams).
• Teams set up their communication and collaboration tools (Slack/Discord, GitHub).
6. Hacking Session Begins
• Teams work on their projects, developing sentiment analysis models.
• Mentors available in chat channels for guidance.
7. Project Submission
• Teams submit their projects (code, documentation, and a brief demo video if possible) via GitHub.
8. Project Presentations
• Each team presents their solution in 5-7 minutes via Zoom/Teams screen share.
• Judges ask questions and give feedback.
