This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, showcase your skills, and connect with industry pioneers, UiPath MVPs, and automation experts. *Note: You must register separately for each upskilling session you want to attend.

Participate individually or in a team of up to four members.

Submit a game-changing idea that includes:

  • Potential industry or social impact

  • Solution approach

What’s next?

  • Ten teams from each region will advance to the Regional Finals.

  • Regional Finalists will be announced in mid-July.

  • Start working on your prototype while waiting for results.

Phase 3: Compete in Regional Finals

  • Regional Finals will be held in July 2025 across four cities (locations and dates to be announced).

  • The top eight teams across all regions will qualify for the Grand Finale.

Phase 4: Grand Finale

  • The final showdown, where the best teams battle for the ultimate prize.

1. Do I need to register for each upskilling session separately?

  • Yes. If you plan to attend multiple sessions, you must complete a separate registration for each one. You cannot register once for multiple sessions at the same time.


2. Who is eligible to submit an idea?

  • Any full-time undergraduate or graduate student from a recognized institution in India.
  • Participants can join individually or form a team of up to four members.
  • Students from all disciplines are welcome to apply.


3. What should be included in my idea submission?

Your submission must include:

  • Problem Statement – What issue are you addressing?
  • Solution Overview – Describe your innovative idea.
  • Technology Stack – Specify the UiPath tools you will use.
  • Market/Social Impact – How does your solution create value?
  • Team Composition – Roles and responsibilities of team members.


4. What are the judging criteria for idea submissions?

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Innovation & Creativity – Originality and uniqueness of the idea.
  • Technical Feasibility – Practicality and ease of implementation.
  • Market/Social Impact – Potential real-world value.
  • Scalability & Sustainability – Growth potential beyond the hackathon.
  • Presentation & Clarity – How well the idea is articulated.


5. Can I submit more than one idea?

No, each team can submit only one idea.


6. Can individuals submit ideas, or is a team required?

Yes, students can participate individually or as part of a team.


7. What is the deadline for idea submissions?

The final date for submission is July 5, 2025.


8. What happens after idea submission?

  • Evaluation (June - July) – Judges review and shortlist ideas.
  • Regional Finals (July) – The top 10 teams per region present their prototypes.
  • National Finals (August) – The top 8 teams compete in the Grand Finale.


9. Can I update my submission after submission?

No, once submitted, ideas cannot be modified. However, teams advancing to the next stage can refine and expand their prototype.


10. Will there be mentorship during the process?

Yes, shortlisted teams for the Regional Finals and Grand Finale will receive mentorship from UiPath MVPs and industry professionals to refine their ideas.


11. Are there any specific tools or technologies required?

Yes, UiPath tools must be used in developing the solution.


12. What if I have no prior experience in automation or UiPath tools?

No problem! Join the upskilling sessions to build your knowledge and skills.


13. What happens if my team qualifies for the Regional Finals?

Teams advancing to the Regional Finals will:

  • Present a working prototype to regional juries.
  • Receive mentorship and networking opportunities.
  • Compete for a spot in the National Finals.


14. How will the winners be selected?

The Grand Finale in August will evaluate the top 8 teams based on their final prototype, demo, and impact.


15. If my team wins both the Regional round and the Finals, will we receive prize money for both?

No, participants or teams winning the Finals will be eligible only for the Finals prize money, and not for both Regional and Finals prizes.


16. When will the prize money be disbursed?

All prize money—both Regional and Finals—will be disbursed only after the conclusion of the Finals. The exact date of disbursement will be communicated at a later stage.
