Great conversations and networking are guaranteed – either on-route or once you reach the destination. Share automation stories, talk about best practices and recent developments such as Agentic AI.

17:00 Check-in and preparations:
We’ll kick off our meetup with a quick welcome and warm-up. You can then choose which pace group you’d like to join (see below). If you’re not into running but would still like to attend this community meetup, you can either join the casual walk or simply stick around with other members at the location – everyone is welcome to join and stay!

17:30 Warm-Up and Kick-Off!
Pace groups (you choose – and decide on the spot at the meetup)

• «NonProduction Runners» -- casual walk of approx. 45 minutes
• «Advanced/Professional Runners» -- medium pace, approx. 45 minutes
• We might have a third group for the «Associate Runners» -- a jogging route of approx. 30 minutes

18:30 Expected return to the location - cross the finish line and enjoy some well deserved drinks, snacks and networking!

What to bring:

• Personal running gear (if you intend to go on a run)
• Take warm changing clothes and a towel with you. You will need them after the 'finish line' to fully enjoy a spring evening!
  Note: Our location (Sportplatz Hardhof) offers the possibility to take a shower (for free), so you can take necessary utilities with you.
• Water bottle (note: we’ll have food and beverages at the location as well)

• The location offers the possibility to take a shower (for free).
• There are lockers that you can use for personal belongings (but you'd need to bring your own lock). Note: Some of us are staying at the venue and take care of our personal stuff. 
• Some food and beverages are organized by us (and sponsored by UiPath). Many thanks! The location also has a restaurant and kiosk for more refreshments.
