Build a working document extraction flow: classify mixed packets, extract key fields, validate results, and handle harder unstructured documents. Please bring a laptop so you can participate in the hands-on lab.
Documents rarely arrive clean, consistent, or ready for automation. Teams need extraction they can trust, not just text pulled from a page.
