About this event

Explore how UiPath Maestro helps coordinate long-running business processes across people, robots, agents, APIs, and systems. This half-day workshop focuses on process orchestration, case management, exceptions, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

About this event

Task automation is powerful, but many business processes need more than a single bot or one linear workflow. They need coordination across people, systems, decisions, exceptions, approvals, SLAs, and changing case state.

This hands-on Bellevue TechEd workshop introduces UiPath Maestro as the orchestration layer for long-running work across robots, agents, people, APIs, and systems. You will see where Maestro fits, how it differs from simple task automation, and how BPMN-based orchestration and Case Management can make process state, ownership, exceptions, and auditability visible.

Please bring a laptop. The session includes guided lab work so participants can follow along rather than only watch a presentation.

Who should attend

  • This hands-on technical training is best for technical evaluators and builders from customer IT, Automation CoE, automation engineering, platform administration, and solution architecture teams.
  • Business sponsors who want to understand the technology details that power their business outcomes are also welcome.

What participants will do

  • Understand the difference between task automation, process orchestration, and case-oriented work.
  • See where Maestro fits when a process includes humans, systems, exceptions, state, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work through a practical orchestration or case-management scenario.
  • Identify a candidate business process and the questions needed for a deeper follow-up.
