About this Event
Orchestration is where agentic automation becomes real. It's one thing to have an AI agent that can reason, or a robot that executes reliably, or a human approver who can catch exceptions—it's another thing entirely to coordinate all three across a multi-stage process that might run for hours, days, or weeks. That's exactly what Maestro does, and in this session, we go deep on how.
In this 90-minute session, we'll move beyond the foundational introduction to Maestro covered in March and get into the full orchestration toolkit: BPMN and DMN visual modeling, Case Management for long-running workflows, Process Apps for operational teams, and real-time monitoring with SLA enforcement. We'll close with a complete live walkthrough of an insurance claims process—showing how a real case moves through stages, gets escalated, gets managed through a Process App dashboard, and leaves behind a complete, auditable trail.
This is the fourth session in the UiPath MVP monthly deep-dive series, and the one where all the pieces from previous months come together.
Agenda
Maestro Revisited — A rapid recap of the orchestration model and where Maestro fits within the three-pillar agentic framework
BPMN and DMN Visual Modeling — Designing process flows and decision logic visually, and why structured modeling is the foundation of enterprise orchestration
Orchestrating Agents, Robots, and Humans — How Maestro assigns, coordinates, and hands off work between all three pillars with full state management
Case Management for Long-Running Processes — Managing cases that span time, systems, and stakeholders: state persistence, resumption, correlation, and parallel tracks
Real-Time Monitoring and Optimization — SLA tracking, bottleneck detection, alerting, and the continuous improvement loop
Maestro in Action: Live Demo — An insurance claims case moves through intake, agent analysis, robot data extraction, human review, escalation, and resolution → Process App dashboard view → pause and resume → SLA enforcement → full audit trail
Governance at Scale — RBAC, observability, compliance logging, and operating Maestro safely across large teams and regulated industries
Q&A and Key Takeaways — Resources, hands-on guides, and a look ahead at upcoming deep-dive topics in the series
