WHAT IS THIS VIRTUAL WORKSHOP IS ABOUT?

UiPath Maestro Flow lets you orchestrate multiple automations, AI agents, and human decision points as one connected process — with full visibility into where a case is at any moment. Instead of just automating a task, you're orchestrating an entire business outcome. This session is your chance to build that kind of process yourself, step by step.

WHAT WE'LL DO DURING THE SESSION

•  Working in UiPath Maestro Flow, you'll design and configure a live process that:

• Triggers automatically when an invoice email arrives

• Extracts and transforms the invoice data

• Queries Purchase Order records to validate the invoice against the matching PO

• Branches based on whether the vendor name matches — routing to the right next step automatically

• Hands off to an AI agent to investigate discrepancies, or to a second AI agent to research an unfamiliar vendor name

• Inserts a human review checkpoint for cases that need a judgment call

• Auto-drafts a response and sends it back to the vendor/requester — closing the loop without manual effort

You'll configure each stage yourself in UiPath Maestro Flow, connect the agents and human task into the flow, and test it against real sample scenarios (matching vendor, mismatched vendor, valid alias, invalid vendor).

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

By the end of the session, you'll have built a working, end-to-end agentic process in UiPath Maestro Flow that autonomously verifies invoices against purchase orders, brings in AI agents for judgment-heavy steps, escalates to a human only when needed, and auto-responds — all orchestrated and trackable. 

You'll also leave with a reusable pattern you can apply to any similar exception-handling process in your own environment.
