Now it's time to scale up. This session is all about what happens when one agent isn't enough, and how you design systems where multiple agents work together with clear roles, handoffs, and human oversight built in. We'll go from pattern to architecture to a live design exercise 👾

About this event

We're moving from single agents to full multi-agent systems — and this is where agentic architecture gets exciting. 🏗️

Inside this session

  1. Recap and framing Connect today's session to tool calling and explain why enterprise work often needs more than one agent role

  2. Limits of the single-agent model Where single agents lose context, overreach, or become hard to govern in complex enterprise workflows

  3. Core multi-agent patterns Introduce planner-worker, supervisor-worker, peer collaboration, and reviewer loops with real enterprise examples

  4. State and memory How tasks, context, status, and outputs move through a long-running agentic workflow without losing track

  5. Human-in-the-loop and controls Approval gates, exception queues, escalation logic, and when a human must stay in control of agentic systems

  6. Architecture case study A realistic service, claims, or document-processing workflow that uses multiple agent roles with orchestration — reviewed live

  7. Design workshop Participants sketch one multi-agent flow for a process in their own environment, including roles and approvals

  8. Wrap-up Summarize the blueprint and prepare for production-readiness topics in Session 4

The design workshop at the end is where you'll be sketching out a real multi-agent flow for your own environment, roles, approvals and all.

See you in Session 3! 🚀
