In this session, we'll explore the fundamentals of Case Management—understanding Cases, Tasks, Stages, and Lifecycle—and how it differs from traditional business processes. We'll also introduce UiPath Maestro Flow as the platform's orchestration layer, covering API-first orchestration and its core building blocks: Triggers, Actions, Gateways, and Human Tasks.
In this session, we'll dive into designing scalable workflows with Maestro Flow, orchestrating APIs, AI Agents, human approvals, document pipelines, and RPA robots. We'll also explore Agentic patterns like Router, Extractor, Generator, and Critic, get a first look at the new Maestro VS Code extension, and walk through a live end-to-end demo.
In this session, we'll walk through creating your first Case Type, designing its lifecycle with stages, milestones, and transitions, and setting up Human Task management with approvals and SLAs. We'll close with an end-to-end demo covering case creation, automation integration, and reviewing case history and audit trails.
