What is this Challenge about?

You'll analyze a real business problem, design your solution, build it with a Coding Agent of your choice (Claude, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, or Cursor integrated with UiPath Skills), take it all the way to production-ready, and present your journey to the room.

⚠️You can take part either Solo or in Teams of Two.

🚨Pre requisite:- Before you come, make sure you have:

• Latest version of UiPath Studio installed

• Your UiPath Community Cloud account logged in and ready

• At least one Coding Agent set up — Claude, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, or Cursor integrated with UiPath Skills
  

📌Agenda

- Welcome & Kickoff
Event introduction, rules, and judging criteria, plus a quick team briefing. We also run a short setup check together so every laptop has Node.js, the UiPath CLI, a coding agent, and cloud access working before the clock starts.

- Challenge Reveal
The rescue scenario goes live: you'll meet the business context, the requirements, and what "done" looks like. Q&A to make sure everyone's aligned before Round 1.

🛠️ Round 1: Rescue — Find & Fix
Point your Coding Agent at the broken project from the terminal and hunt down what's wrong. A failing test tells you where to look — your job is to diagnose the root cause and make it go green. (There's more than one thing to catch.)

🛠️ Round 2: Build — Ship a Feature
A new capability is requested on the spot. Implement it with your Coding Agent, wire it cleanly into the existing solution, and pass the acceptance test without breaking your Round 1 fix.

Step away from the screen, enjoy some snacks & connect with fellow participants and mentors

🛠️Round 3: Productionize & Deploy
Take your rescued, upgraded automation all the way to the cloud — pack, publish, and deploy, then run it and prove it works in production.

🎤 Final Presentations
Showcase your solution, walk through your Coding Agent journey — how you prompted, where it went sideways, how you recovered — and share your key learnings.
