The hard part of agentic automation isn't building a single agent. It's orchestrating everything around it: agents, robots, people, data, apps, and documents, moving together as one process you can run, see, and govern. Learn to build that orchestration on the Maestro Flow canvas, wiring every actor and artifact into a single governed flow from trigger to outcome.
Plenty of teams now have a working agent here and a working automation there. What they don't have is a way to make all of it run as one process. The coordination logic ends up scattered across scripts and point-to-point handoffs: brittle, invisible to the business, and impossible to govern the moment an agent stalls, a decision branches, or a person needs to step in. As soon as real work crosses systems and runs for hours or days, that approach falls apart.
Orchestration is the answer, and it's the whole point of this session. On the Maestro Flow canvas, you'll build one governed flow that coordinates the full cast of a real process: AI agents reasoning over the work, robots and APIs acting in the systems you already run, people making the calls that need judgment, and the UiPath artifacts that carry the work itself (data, apps, and documents). You'll start from a trigger, route work between every actor, branch on business rules instead of hard-coded conditions, then publish it and watch a process-level view show exactly where each step is. The part that quietly breaks most orchestrations is the handoffs, so you'll build for clean, structured data moving between agents, systems, and people from the start.
📕 Join this session to explore how to:
Build a single governed flow on the Maestro Flow canvas, from trigger to final outcome
Orchestrate agents, robots, people, data, apps, and documents as coordinated steps in one process
Branch and route work with business rules instead of conditional logic buried in code
Pass structured data cleanly between every actor so handoffs hold up in production
Trace and govern the entire flow from one place: every step, decision, and handoff
Designed for low-code and pro-code developers who already build agents or automations and now need to orchestrate them into governed, end-to-end flows that span systems and people.
